Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. However, to respect both your time and my commitment to providing high-quality services, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Reiki Sessions
- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling of Reiki sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if you do not show up for your appointment, a fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. If you do not show for the appointment without any notice, you may be charged the full session price.
Coaching Sessions
- 24-Hour Notice: Coaching sessions must also be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: For coaching sessions, cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. If you miss a session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
Extenuating Circumstances
I understand that life sometimes throws unexpected events your way. If you find yourself in an emergency situation, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I’m happy to discuss individual cases and make reasonable accommodations when needed.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged the full session fee.
No Show Fee
Please be mindful that a “No Show” without prior notice not only affects the session but also other clients. Therefore, any no-show will incur the full session cost.
